In the video, Kaley can be seen jumping rope in what looks like a gym. She’s wearing a face mask, sports bra, and a workout skirt—oh, and her abs look amazing. Then…she starts jumping rope in a way you only wish you could. She criss-crosses her arms, jumps forward, jumps back, does high-knees, turns around, and does it all over again.
